Our engine reconditioning process

Reconditioning isn’t a quick fix; it’s a comprehensive overhaul designed to return a failed engine to factory standards. Our process follows the best practice steps used by professional engine reconditioners:

1. Initial assessment and strip down: After removing the engine from the vehicle, technicians document visible damage, check compression and disassemble every component. This step identifies obvious failures such as scored cylinder bores, worn camshafts or cracked heads.
2. Cleaning and inspection: Components are cleaned using industrial parts washers and chemical baths, then measured against original specifications.
